Services 1. Land Purchases

If you have timberland to sell, we would like to know about it. Tracts over 5 acres are preferable. Please let us know the price, location, legal description, acreage, type and age of timber, the last time it was harvested, and whether mineral rights are included with the purchase.
We will also need to know about any title issues, encumbrances, access problems, and any liens on the property. On the land page you will find a form that allows you to send us all of this information, or feel free to call us at 318-323-9685, or 318-387-2458.
Services 2. Real Estate Loans
In this day and time, it has become difficult for anyone to qualify for a mortgage. Sometimes your credit score is not quite up to par, or perhaps you don't have a 20% down payment - whatever the reason, it is possible that we may be able to assist you in purchasing a home. In addition, we often have land tracts for sale that we can finance for you.
If your situation is that you own land, do not want to sell, but need funds and would like to use that land as collateral, we may be able to help with that as well. Services 3. Undivided Interest

There are situations when multiple people hold a percentage ownership in a piece of real estate, and one or more parties need to sell, yet the others are unwilling to do so.
If you are in one of those situations, your might have found that real estate agents will not list it, and no one seems willing to buy it. That is not the case with Entrada Company. Entrada Company, LLC investment in undivided interest is not limited to size of the portion owned - even if the percentage owned seems extremely small!
