Founded in August of 2000, by its managers - James C. Steele, III and Robert J. McCormick - Entrada Company, LLC brought together the combined decades of experience of its members to form a powerful investment team.
Based in Monroe, Louisiana, Entrada's reach extends across the United States, with real estate holdings in many areas of the country. While specializing in timberland, Entrada also provides financing for homeowners, as well as land buyers.
"Problem properties" are not an issue for Entrada Company, LLC. We purchase properties with title problems, limited or no access, and Entrada Company, LLC investment in undivided interest is a specialty of ours - even when the other heirs have no wish to sell.
